Our Methods

Each of our therapists has been trained in multiple modalities, allowing us to create a custom, tailored plan for you. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, burnout, trauma, or something else, these approaches extend beyond traditional talk therapy so that you can experience deeper, more permanent healing and change.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based method for treating trauma, anxiety, and more. By stimulating both sides of your brain, you can reprocess painful memories and limiting beliefs, form new neural pathways, and experience more ease and peace of mind.

  • Brainspotting uses the position of your eyes to target painful memories or experiences. Once targeted, you can begin to build coping skills to address (and eventually release) the impacts of these. Brainspotting has an almost 20-year track record of rapid, long-lasting results.

  • Somatic Experiencing helps you tune into your emotions and the locations in your body where they are stored. By addressing both the physical and psychological impacts of things like trauma, anxiety, or grief, you can experience deeper, more complete healing.
