Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

I want therapy to feel like a breath of fresh air in your life.

You’re in a stage of life with lots of change, and that means lots of questions about your future.

You might be trying to figure out who you really are, untangling what you’ve been told all your life from who you want to be. Maybe you feel generally anxious like you’re in a rut you can’t get out of, or perhaps a particular event like a divorce, death of a loved one, or big life change has brought you here.

All you know is you have ambitions and goals—ideas about the career, relationships, and life you want to create—but something’s blocking you from getting there. You know what you need to do, but can’t seem to do it.

I’ll help you take a look at all these different aspects of your life and start identifying what you want and, from there, the actions you need to take to make it happen. In therapy, you’ll learn to become more aware of yourself and break through the things that are holding you back.

I’ll walk with you through this process, serving as your guide until you reach a place where you feel confident doing it on your own.

  • My approach to therapy is grounded in a belief that you already have innate strengths & abilities that can help you thrive—my job is simply to help you discover them. I’ll help you build a life of meaning and purpose by empowering you to lean into your own skills and intuition.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Concordia University Irvine. Throughout my training, I’ve conducted group, family, and individual therapy for a diverse array of clients to improve relationships, process difficult experiences, and build new skills. I’ve also provided instructional assistance to special education students, creating a positive and safe learning environment for SPED children.

In my free time, I also serve as a basketball coach, offering guidance on and off the court to help players reach their goals and improve themselves.
