A space to slow down, ask the big questions, and start finding your way forward—one conversation at a time.
Life changes fast, but we’re often expected to keep moving like nothing happened. Maybe you’re grieving someone and can’t figure out what life is supposed to look like now, or a parent trying to hold onto your relationship with your kid while also giving them the independence they’re asking for. You might be here as a teen, trying to figure out who you are, what you believe, or what parts of you you’re ready to stop hiding.
Whatever brings you here, therapy is somewhere you don’t have to have it all figured out or pretend “everything’s fine.” We’ll work together to sort through the thoughts that keep circling, the relationships that feel stuck, and the feelings that don’t always make sense on their own.
I work with middle schoolers, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, and big existential questions like “Why am I here?” or “How do I live a good life?” Some of my clients are deep thinkers who feel misunderstood by the world around them. Others are overwhelmed, burnt out, or caught between who they are and who they think they’re supposed to be. Many come to therapy looking for clarity—what to do next, how to move forward, or how to stop repeating the same frustrating patterns in their families or relationships.
I also support parents—especially those raising tweens or teens—who are trying to walk the line between giving their child room to grow while also staying connected. This stage of life isn’t easy for anyone involved: there might be conflict, confusion, or fear you're losing touch. I help families build trust and understanding, without anyone feeling like they have to “win” or lose their voice in the process.

Therapy with me is honest, thoughtful, and rooted in compassion. I use approaches like CBT, mindfulness, REBT, humanistic, and narrative therapy—adapting how we work based on your needs and age. For tweens and teens, I focus on developmentally appropriate ways to build coping skills and emotional awareness. For adults, our work may be more reflective: exploring the story you’ve been living in, where it came from, and what kind of story you want to write next.
I earned my undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s College of California and completed my Master’s in Psychology at Lewis University. Before becoming a therapist, I was a middle school teacher, and that experience still shapes how I connect with clients today. I know how much it matters to feel safe, seen, and understood—especially when things are confusing or hard to talk about. I’ll walk with you through it, not hand you a to-do list or expect quick fixes.
I believe in curiosity over judgment, support over shame, and growth that comes from understanding, not pressure. My approach is driven by the belief that every person, no matter their age or background, deserves a place to feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Like with any transformation, change isn’t always easy. But with support, gentle challenges, and someone beside you who believes in where you’re headed, your next chapter can be more aligned with the life you want to live.
