Supporting you through challenges, trials and unexpected seasons as a human being.
There comes a point when something no longer serves you. The pay off of the situation or behavior that once felt tolerable now feels heavy, exhausting, or impossible to carry alone. Maybe it’s a relationship you’ve been struggling to hold together for too long, or the constant internal pressure to be everything for everyone. You may not have words for it yet, but something inside you longs for soothing relief.
My approach is gentle, kind and compassionate. I know what it’s like to navigate identity shifts, rewrite old trauma tapes, or navigate and identify changing life values. This isn’t a place where you’ll be fixed, analyzed, or told who you should be. It’s a place to get your power back and discover the true you!
I support children, teens and adults as they move through life’s complex challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, grief, identity shifts, relational wounds, or the pain of feeling disconnected from who they truly are. Some come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unsure of how to advocate for their needs or draw healthy boundaries. Others are facing pivotal decisions, questioning their next steps, or wrestling with internal battles—holding heavy questions that impact how they see themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.
I help couples reconnect amid the chaos of parenting and facilitate understanding between partners struggling to communicate. For parents of children or teens, I work collaboratively to build trust, offer insight, and create a strong foundation of support. With younger kids, I use play to build emotional awareness and coping skills, while with teens, I empower them to express themselves freely. For adults, we move at a pace that feels comfortable, prioritizing safety and openness. My goal is to help you feel heard and supported, whether you're working through past hurts or worries of the future.
There’s no hidden checklist to follow here - we’ll walk together in your exploration. I play an active role in your processing, suggesting what I think could help you along the way. That might mean sitting in silence when the words aren’t coming to you or holding a deep understanding of what you’ve moved through when you reach a pivotal breakthrough. It could also look like practicing setting boundaries and unpacking what you’ve been taught to believe about yourself and the world. Regardless, I am here to help you do the work to find a life that fulfills your heart, mind and soul.
You are worthy of being heard without judgment and being given an opportunity to learn how to move from “I have to...” to “I get to...” So you can remember what it’s like to feel joy, hope, and a sense of wholeness again.
Whoever you are and wherever you’re coming from, you are welcome here. This is a space where your story is safe, you can take your time, and you don’t have to perform, pretend, or prove anything to be met with tenderness and care.
