Helping you connect more deeply to your true self & others.

Lately, life has felt like the same tiresome day stuck on repeat. The overwhelm and stress are constant, and you feel frustrated never being able to really keep up with things the way you’d like to. You know you say “yes” to too many responsibilities both at work and at home, but it feels like you “should” be able to do all these things and more. When you can’t, you’re pretty hard on yourself about it, and your inner critic is often the loudest voice in your head—even on a good day.

Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve felt like yourself. While you’ve been busy bending over backward for the people in your life, you’ve also been losing touch with what you need and want. You either sleep too much or not enough, feel isolated even when you’re around others, and are unfulfilled in almost every area of your life.

If you’re a mom, these feelings are magnified by the expectation that you’ll put on a brave face and soldier on no matter what. You knew life would change when you had kids, but you didn’t know just how much your own identity would shift, and you haven’t really had any time to process it.

In realizing all of this, it’s hard not to feel resentful of your job, your family, and even yourself. This resentment has started to show up in how you interact with others. The tone you take when a coworker asks you to do something has gotten harsher. And with your partner or family, almost every conversation seems to spiral into an argument or disagreement these days.

Now, you’re just exhausted by the repetition of it all. You know there has to be more to life than this, but you’re not sure how you would even find the time to work on yourself, let alone make changes that will last longer than a few weeks. One thing’s for sure, though: you can’t keep carrying this weight on your shoulders or this pit in your stomach—you need to find a way to feel better.

Let’s take a deep breath together and hold space for all of these feelings—then, we can start figuring out how to move forward.

  • As your therapist, I want to help you feel comfortable and safe within yourself again. My hope is that by creating space for your whole self in our sessions, you’ll start to see why you deserve compassion as much as anyone else.

In the work we’ll do together, you’re always welcome to show up as yourself and share the full reality of your experiences, and I’ll meet you where you are. You’re the expert on your life, my job is to help you make meaning out of it—so I want to connect and collaborate with you through this process. Sessions with me are safe and judgment-free, and I will gently challenge you when needed, because I want to see you grow in an authentic direction.

Our sessions don’t have to be all doom and gloom, either. I like to infuse humor and levity when it’s appropriate—healing is deep, but it can also be humorous and lighthearted. I am an open-minded therapist who welcomes exploring existential concerns and venturing into the uncharted depths of the human experience. If profound questions or the great unknowns are weighing on your mind, I'm here to dive deep with you and help you find clarity amid uncertainty.

As we address the emotions and issues you’ve been facing, I’ll tailor tools and skills that you’ll be able to draw upon in your day-to-day life. These learnings will help you feel more resilient, find balance in your professional and personal life, and be able to actually relax and prioritize caring for yourself at the end of each day. If you’re a parent, I can help you navigate the stresses of parenthood and find more joy in spending time with your child. You’ll have the ability to communicate and set boundaries more easily, which will improve all the relationships in your life. And above all, you’ll feel more in touch with who you truly are.

I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Palo Alto University, but my path to becoming a therapist began years ago when I was a yoga instructor. This experience deepened my understanding of the profound connection between mind and body. The methods I use in therapy bridge this gap, helping you find lasting relief by addressing both mental and physical well-being. I’ve also completed training in perinatal mood disorders with the organization Postpartum Support International (PSI), which has equipped me to support mothers through the emotional challenges of pregnancy and parenthood.

I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for people of all identities in my work, and am genuinely passionate about empowering my clients. I so look forward to hearing your story and providing the support you need to find the release, freedom, and balance you’ve been seeking.
