  • If you are interested in working together, please click here to get in touch with us. Please allow us 2 business days to connect you with a therapist. If you don’t hear back, first check your spam box, sometimes our emails end up there.

  • Just like in person therapy, except we can meet from the comfort of your home. If you have a private place to meet and high speed internet, we can bring therapy to you in a convenient, effective way.

  • You can expect your clinician to take the time to understand what is bringing you in for therapy, who you are, the things that have shaped your world and the direction that you’d like therapy to take you.

  • This varies from client to client. Therapy is an individualized process that is unique to each person. Each person comes to therapy with their own goals, desires, and struggles. This is why we don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. We will work with you to set goals, formulate strategies, and offer tools to try during the week. Your therapist and you will regularly check in on your progress and discuss your continued care.

  • Each therapist returns emails, calls, and texts at their earliest convenience. If you are having a counseling emergency, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

  • What is revealed by you is protected by legal, ethical and professional standards. All material is confidential and not released without your consent except by court order or information related to suspected child abuse, elder abuse, threatened homicide or suicide.

  • You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

  • We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame results in a charge of your full session fee.
