Providing a space where you can be yourself, understand what is really going on, and find real change.

You may be here because things feel heavy, overwhelming, or out of balance. Anxiety might be running the show, making it hard to slow down or feel in control. Stress might be pushing you past your limits, leaving you exhausted and unsure how to keep going. Or maybe depression has crept in — making life feel smaller, less motivating, or disconnected from the person you used to be. Therapy can be a place to pause all of that, to stop carrying everything alone, and to understand what’s underneath the symptoms you’re experiencing.

People often seek therapy when life stops making sense the way it used to. Maybe you’re questioning why certain emotions hit so hard or why you keep ending up in the same patterns. Maybe you’re noticing that no matter how much you push through, something still feels “off.” Together, we’ll look beneath the surface — not just at the anxiety, stress, or sadness itself, but at the deeper reasons those feelings show up in your life. Understanding the “why” behind your experiences is often the first step toward meaningful relief.

In a world full of pressure and expectation, it’s easy to lose connection with yourself. You might be moving through life on autopilot or doing everything “right,” yet still feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Over time, this can build into anxiety, depression, or a general sense that you’re not living in a way that actually supports your well-being. In our work together, we’ll identify the barriers that drain you, the patterns that keep you stuck, and the parts of you that need support and attention.

I work with young adults, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. In our sessions, you can expect curiosity, warmth, and honesty. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you connect the dots between your emotions, your history, and the ways you show up in your everyday life. As we deepen that understanding, we’ll find ways to create more stability, clarity, and relief.

Many clients describe developing a new kind of curiosity between sessions — beginning to notice their emotional patterns with more awareness and less judgment. You might find yourself asking, “Where is this anxiety coming from?” or “Why does this stress feel so intense?” or “What is this sadness trying to tell me?” Sometimes those questions bring calm insight, and other times they stir up strong emotions. Both are part of the process, and we’ll explore whatever comes up together.
