A safe, steady place to make sense of what hurts and reconnect with yourself.

Sometimes life doesn’t unfold the way we expected—and that can leave you feeling stuck in grief, depression, confusion, or a sense of disconnection from yourself and the people around you. You may be trying to make sense of a loss, navigating a shift in your relationships, or carrying the impact of past experiences that still feel present today. When things feel heavy or unmanageable, it can be hard to know how to move forward.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, take a breath, and begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, elders, and couples who are navigating trauma, grief, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re working through a loss, feeling stuck in patterns within your relationships, or struggling with emotions that feel overwhelming or persistent, therapy can offer a space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to move forward in a way that feels meaningful.

People often describe feeling comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for in the room with me, and creating that kind of space is something I deeply prioritize. I see therapy as a place where you don’t have to carry everything on your own—especially the parts that feel heavy, complex, or hard to put into words. My goal is to offer stability, compassion, and collaboration from the very beginning so you feel supported enough to explore what’s been painful, unresolved, or difficult to face alone.

I take a client-centered and relational approach, meaning we start wherever you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. I consider the full context of your life—your relationships, family dynamics, past experiences, identity, and the broader systems that have shaped you. Together, we’ll work toward the goals that matter most to you, while also deepening your understanding of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

  • My work is informed by a range of approaches, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, Gestalt, somatic, and narrative therapies. In working with couples, I integrate the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help strengthen connection, repair ruptures, and navigate relational challenges.

We’ll also take time to define what progress looks like for you. Healing isn’t linear, and it often involves moving through difficult emotions—not around them. Together, we’ll track both the measurable shifts and the more subtle internal changes that reflect your growth over time.
