Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (CA #160216)

Helping you understand your story, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.

You’ve probably tried to work through some of this before—maybe on your own, maybe by talking it out—but something still feels stuck. You’re ready for something deeper. A space where you don’t have to filter yourself, and where real, lasting change can begin.

I work with individuals across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of difficult or complex experiences. If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, therapy can be a place to finally set some of that down and begin to understand what’s underneath it all.

As your therapist, I will offer you a space where you can feel safe to be fully yourself—without judgment, and without pressure to be anything other than who you are. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I’m not here to tell you what to do. Instead, we’ll work together to explore what you’ve been through, make sense of what’s coming up, and identify the steps that feel right for you.

I understand that many people feel stuck not because they aren’t trying, but because they’ve been taught to hide their emotions or push through without support. Therapy can be a different experience—one where you’re allowed to slow down, reflect, and move forward in a way that actually feels sustainable.

Healing isn’t linear. There will be moments of progress, moments that feel harder, and everything in between. I’ll come alongside you through all of it, helping you define what “better” looks like for you—and supporting you in getting there.

  • I draw from Narrative Therapy and the Gottman Method in my work. This allows us to explore the stories you’ve been living—and begin to reshape them in a way that feels more aligned with who you are—as well as better understand patterns in your relationships and build stronger, more meaningful connections.

I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.
