Therapy for the person who’s been holding everything together while quietly carrying too much.

You may be the person everyone relies on—the one who keeps showing up, handles what needs to get done, and makes sure everyone else is okay. From the outside, it may look like you have everything together, but internally you may feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or like you’re carrying far more than anyone realizes.

You may find yourself constantly overthinking conversations, struggling to set boundaries, feeling responsible for other people’s emotions, or repeating patterns in relationships that leave you feeling hurt, unseen, or drained. Maybe you’ve gone through painful experiences that you’ve never fully had the chance to process because life kept moving and other people needed things from you. You may feel stuck in survival mode—navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, grief, or the lingering impact of trauma while wondering when things will start to feel easier.

Maybe you’ve reached a point where pushing through no longer works.

Therapy can be a space where you no longer have to carry everything on your own.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. Together, we’ll create space to better understand what you’ve been carrying, where certain patterns may come from, and what healing could look like for you.

As your therapist, I want you to feel safe, respected, and genuinely seen throughout the process. There’s no pressure to perform here and no expectation that you have everything figured out. You are the expert on your own life—I’m simply someone in your corner helping guide and support you as you move toward the life and relationships you want for yourself.

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and deeply individualized. I often work from an attachment-focused and psychodynamic perspective while integrating additional approaches based on your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, heal from what feels unresolved, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable.

Healing often happens gradually, and progress can be easy to miss while you’re in it. Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary that once felt impossible. Sometimes it’s feeling less overwhelmed by something that once felt consuming. Together, we’ll make space to recognize the progress you’re making along the way.
